Gifted and Talented Program

Gifted and Talented Program

Approximately ten percent of the district's students are identified as gifted in intellectual aptitude, academic aptitude, creative thinking, leadership, and/or visual/performing arts. These students are offered enrichment through collaborative, pull-out or accelerated programs.

Contact your child's school for more information.

The Gifted / Talented / Creative Program (GTC) is a state and locally funded program to meet the educational needs of the district’s high potential exceptional children, primary – grade twelve (12). The district implements the GTC program so that all children have the right to continuous progress. For additional information contact Will Black, coordinator at 270-444-5600 or will.black@paducah.kyschools.us
