Thirteen PTHS Students Participate in MSU AIMS Program

Kiya Coleman, Taliyah Conner, Amante Cunningham, DaRoyce Flemons, Janae Flemons, Makaila Henry, Erica Hutcherson, Meah Jordan , Matthew Mayes, De’Lacia Reed, Madison Thomas, and Gabby Williams represented PTHS at the program.

Six student earned Top Student Awards. Matthew Mayes was honored for outstanding merit in Tae Kwon Do. DaRoyce Flemons was recognized for excellence in Science Adventures I. Amante Cunningham earned five Top Student Awards. He received his accolades in Science Adventures II, Coding I, Personal Growth II, STEM Research I, and  Journalism.

Madison Thomas was honored for excellence in Personal Growth I. De’Lacia Reed eared top honors in STEM Research II, and Makaila Henry received her distinction in Theater.

Two students, Amante Cunningham and  Bree'Asia Chamberlain, were chosen by their teachers, residential staff, and program coordinator to be members of the Directors Club. Those named to the Directors Club receive invitations to special college visits and cultural exploration opportunities. Directors Club honorees include the top 5 overall students in the program.
