Armstrong Named Rotary Scholar of the Month
Rotary scholars will have the opportunity to attend weekly Rotary meetings for the month. At the meetings students will meet members and hear discussions of community-related topics.

In addition to playing catcher for the baseball team, Aaron has played three years of basketball and four years of football. He was varsity captain for the football team his junior and senior years. He is a member of the National Honor Society, Beta Club, and Recycling club. He was the Paducah Sun Teen of the Week for December 2014.

Outside of school, Aaron plays for Paducah Post 31 baseball. He has worked at Immanuel Baptist Church as a gym monitor and basketball clinic instructor. In the past, he has also served as a tutor and mentor for fourth graders at Clark Elementary.

Aaron plans to attend Southeastern Illinois College in the fall with a baseball scholarship. His parents are Karen and James Armstrong. Congratulations, Aaron!
