Nick Dietrich and Kelly Workman have been named Interim Principal and Interim Assistant Principal, respectively, of Clark Elementary School due to the promotion of Steve Ybarzabal to Paducah Area Technical Center/Paducah Innovation Hub principal.
Dietrich has been assistant principal at Clark for one year. He taught at Clark for three years and at McNabb for 14 years. He served as an assistant basketball coach at PTHS from 2004 -2011. He received his Specialist in Education/Rank 1 in Administration, Master of Arts in Special Education, and Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Murray State University.
Workman has taught Family and Consumer Sciences at Paducah Tilghman High School for eight years. She serves as FCCLA sponsor and has served as the faculty representative on the School Based Decision Making council. Prior to that, Workman was an instructional assistant at PTHS for three and a half years.
Workman received a Rank 1 in Administration, a Master of Arts in Secondary Education, a Master of Science in Organizational Communication, and a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences from Murray State University. She is currently pursuing an Education Specialist degree in Instructional Leadership from University of the Cumberlands.
