Paducah Tilghman High School senior Nathaniel Skinner is the statewide winner of the Kentucky Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution (KSDAR) Scholarship. Only one scholarship is given each year in Kentucky and the winner is selected from among all the student applications submitted by the 83 DAR chapters across the state.

He has accomplished so much thus far and I have no doubt he will do great things in the future!” said Carla Hawkins, statewide KSDAR Scholarship Committee Chairperson.
