Paducah Tilghman Softball finished an outstanding season as Region Runner-Up, falling to McCracken County High School 9-2 in the Lady Tornado's first-ever appearance in the Region 1 title game on May 28. They finish the season with an overall record of 19-16 and a region record of 11-10. PT seniors Serenity McCoy, Rosie Minter, and Cristin Ware were named to the 2022 First Region All Tournament Team.
