Paducah Head Start Preschool Parents and Guardians,
Beginning Monday, May 2, and continuing through Friday, May 13 the dismissal for all-day and afternoon preschool students who ride the bus will be later. Bus riders will dismiss at 4:15 p.m. Car riders will continue to dismiss at 4:00 p.m.
The dismissal time for bus riders will be at 4:15 p.m. May 2 – 13 because the school day at our elementary schools has been extended to meet the state requirement for instructional hours. Since our elementary schools will dismiss later, our buses will pick our elementary students up later. This means that our buses will be delayed in getting to Paducah Head Start to pick up our bus riders.
If your child rides the bus, please make a note of the later dismissal time for May 2-13 in your family calendar. We appreciate your cooperation and patience as we make these necessary adjustments to our schedule.
