Tasha Seig

Tasha Seig has been named Academic Dean of Special Education for Morgan Elementary.

Seig is beginning her 23rd year in education. She began her career with the Family Resource and Youth Services Center at Paducah Middle School before serving 20 years as a school psychologist. She has spent a total of 17 years with Paducah Public Schools. She previously worked with the JAMP Special Education Cooperative in Southern Illinois.

Tasha is a proud graduate of Paducah Tilghman High School Class of 1998. She has a strong professional interest in mental health, educator self-care, and school safety. She is a member of the Kentucky Association of School Administrators, as well as a member of KASA’s school safety council. Tasha also serves as a board member for Oscar Cross Boys and Girls Club. Tasha is the proud mother of two children: Lily, a sophomore at Paducah Tilghman High School, and Lincoln, a second-grade student at Clark Elementary School.
