Paducah Tilghman seniors Caroline Adkins and Andrew Travis are Paducah Rotary Club Students for the month of September. The Rotary Club of Paducah invites seniors from area high schools to the club's weekly meetings. Students are selected monthly and attend Rotary Club luncheons during that month.
Caroline is an alumnus of Governor's Scholars Program. She is an AP Scholar with Distinction and a Region 1 Academic Team All-Star. She is a member of the PTHS Soccer Team, where she received Academic All State honors. She received the National History Day George Washington Leadership Prize.
After graduation Caroline plans to attend a four year university and major in Applied Science. Her parents are Bill and Ashley Adkins.
Andrew is a member of the PTHS National Honors Society, the Student Education Advisory Council, the African American Leadership Club, the Environmental Club, and the DnD club. Andrew is a recipient of the Paxton Scholarship. He has earned a Certificate of Skill Attainment in Business, and a Certificate of Skill Attainment & a Certificate of Advanced Learning in Digital Design and Game Development.
