PTHS Boys and Girls basketball will play St. Mary in the District 2 tournament at McCracken County tonight. Girls play at 6:00 PM followed by the boys game at 7:30 PM. Good luck to both teams as they begin post season play!

Paducah Tilghman High School is accepting nominations for the PTHS Hall of Fame. This honor is bestowed on Lincoln High School/ Augusta Tilghman High School/Paducah Tilghman High School graduates to recognize outstanding accomplishments and to provide role models for current students. Criteria include excellence in the individual's chosen career, community service, and overall integrity.
The recipient will be recognized at graduation and a portrait with a biography will hang in the Wall of Fame Hallway at Paducah Tilghman. The honor may not be bestowed posthumously. A committee will choose the recipient. The deadline for nominations is March 31, 2023.

Nomination letters should include contact information on the person being nominated; contact information on the person making the nomination; nominee's high school activities, honors, and awards; post secondary education/training; occupation; civic activities; and honors and awards. Please include a paragraph on why this person should be included in the PTHS Hall of Fame.

The National Association of School Resource Officers (NASRO) has declared February 15th as School Resource Officer Appreciation Day.

The team earned 265.5 points, finished as Region 1 Runner-Up, and advanced 10 wrestlers to semi-state next weekend at Atherton High School in Louisville.

Paducah Tilghman's Student Equity Advisory Club (SEAC) and African American Leadeship Club (AALC) hosted Mayfield High School students on a fun-filled night of games and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging discussions that promoted unity amongst the schools and collaboration on ideas moving forward. Great things are happening!

The Paducah Tilghman Men's Choir will be performing a joint concert with the Heath Middle School 8th grade choir and the MSU men's choir tonight at Immanuel Baptist Church at 6:30 PM.
The concert is free and open to the public.
Tonight's performance will be a preview of the Tilghman Men's Choir performance at KMEA in Louisville on February 9.
The Paducah African American Leadership Club will host a Black History Presentation on Friday, February 24, 5:30 PM at the Paducah Tilghman High School Auditorium. Admission is $5.00. There will be a Soul Food Dinner Plate option available for an additional $5.00.

Paducah Middle 8th Grade parents, the informational session on selecting classes for 9th grade that was scheduled for Thursday, February 2, 2023 at 5:30 PM in the Paducah Middle School Cafeteria has been postponed and will be rescheduled at a later date.

The PTHS Homecoming Ceremony will be held between the varsity girls and boys games at approximately 7:00 PM on Friday, February 3, at Dinning Gymnasium. The start time will depend on when the PTHS Girls vs. McCracken County game concludes.
