Christopher Cerda Santiago, Azlyn Goodyke, and Makayla Hughes are PTHS Rotary Students of the month for February 2024. The Rotary Club of Paducah invites seniors from area high schools to the club's weekly meetings. Students are selected monthly and attend each Rotary Club meetings during that month.
Christopher is a member of the PTHS Strings Orchestra, the Student Equity Advisory Council, and the Gardening Club. He is an Honor Roll student. After graduation Christopher plans to attend Murray State University and major in Archeology. His parents are Maribel and Jeff Lamb.
Azlyn has been a National History Day State champion for seven years and has been a Nationals competitor for five years. She is a Governors Scholars Program alumnus and had artwork displayed at the Kentucky Art Educators Association regional and state exhibitions. After graduation Azlyn plans to attend Western Kentucky University and major in Creative Marketing and Design. Her parents are Detreous and Jason Goodyke.
Makayla is a member of the PTHS African American Leadership Club, Beta Club, National Honors Society, FCCLA and Colorguard. She was a Ms. Tilghman Pride senior princess and is an Honor Roll student. After graduation Makayla plans to attend the University of Kentucky with plans to become a psychologist and music artist. Her parents are Sierra Spikes and Antonio Hughes.
