A team from the Kentucky Center for School Safety (KCSS) was invited to Paducah Tilghman High School on August 30 to do an assessment visit. The assessment is voluntary and is offered free of charge by KCSS.

Following the visit, KCSS will present a comprehensive report that will contain an assessment report, a building and grounds report, and a summary of surveys that were done with staff, parents, and students.

Paducah Tilghman principal Allison Stieg said she was looking forward to receiving the comprehensive report. “The KCSS assessment process gives us a second set of eyes to help us see where we can improve,” said Stieg. “We're glad that they are here to show us what we can do better.”
