The Future Problem Solving team, comprised of Christian Anderson, Bailey Beyer, Lucy LeBuhn, and Sophie Panor, came in 3rd, earning 3 points for the overall.

Mercy Health-Lourdes Hospital has donated to Paducah Public Schools STAY Program. The STAY Program provides support and resources for students who lack stable housing.
“Mercy Health is thrilled to be able to support the STAY program at Paducah Public Schools,” said Community Health Director Leigh Ann Ballegeer. “This significant gift aligns with our hospital’s mission of improving the health of our community by extending good help to those in need. We are thankful for the impactful work the STAY program does every day to remove barriers for local students.”
Heather Anderson, McKinney-Vento Liaison for Paducah Public Schools said STAY will use the money for supplies needed for students, like hygiene and food, and STAY’s fuel program.
“We’re very grateful for this generous donation,” said Anderson. “The support of our community partners helps our students who are experiencing homelessness thrive.”
