Construction on the new stadium and field for PTHS Softball continues. The 3.5 million dollar construction is scheduled to be done by spring of 2026, with hopes that the squad can debut the field for the 2026 season.

Now in its second year, the Road to Excellence, in partnership between Paducah Tilghman High School and Hands of Hope 501 – c3, is a program where students earn chances throughout the year for prizes including the grand prize… a CAR! Thanks to Hands of Hope for also donating Max’s new TV!

It was a pleasure to recognize recent achievements of our students and faculty at the September meeting of the Paducah Board of Education! Paducah Middle choral director Samantha Veal was recognized for receiving the Robert Barr ACDA Choral Excellence Award. PPS faculty who earned their rank change through the Learning + Leading Academy were recognized for their achievements. And PTHS students who earned Advanced Placement and SAT honors were recognized by PTHS Assistant Principal Ashley Adkins.
