The purpose of the "Road to Excellence" is to take things back to basics focusing on being present at school, building camaraderie between fellow students, zero tolerance for bullying, and keeping a clear channel of communication between teachers and students.
Since the program began in November of 2024 PTHS has had a near record increase in attendance.
Students will be entered for the chance to win a car at the end of the school year based on their attendance, behavior, and academics!

Paducah Tilghman's FBLA chapter had an unforgettable experience at the KY FBLA State Leadership Conference in Louisville!
After competing in the FBLA Regional Conference on February 24th at Murray State University, PTHS was well represented with two teams placing in the top 3 of their respective categories.
⁃ The team of Whitson McNeill and Erica Wurth placed 1st in the region in International Business.
⁃ The team of Karlee Mcnutt, Kaitlyn McNutt, and McCall Moore placed 3rd in the region in Introduction to Event Planning.
This qualified both teams for the First Round at the State level, where they would have to place in the Top 8 of 18 teams/individuals in order to compete in the Final Round, which both teams did.
Then, alongside 2,287 students from 120 chapters across the state, our members took part in their competitive events, and participated in workshops.
Both teams qualified to advance to the National Leadership Conference in Anaheim, California this summer—where they’ll continue to grow their leadership skills, while competing at the highest level.
We’re so proud of how our students represented Paducah Tilghman this past week at the State Leadership Conference. Congratulations to our winners at the state level!
1st Place (State Champions) - International Business
⁃ Whitson McNeill and Erica Wurth
3rd Place - Introduction to Event Planning
⁃ Karlee McNutt, Kaitlyn McNutt, and McCall Moore
